Here is a vintage clip of one test pilot who was flying this helicopter when in an instant the chopper goes haywire and immediately lifts the pilot out from his seat and into the rotating blades throwing him off the chopper and into the ground almost 30 meters away! Luckily the guy escaped only with a broken wrist.
